Your identity is hidden from ticket staff.
Access links expire after five minutes and work once.
Closed conversations are removed after 30 days.
Moonie’s backend securely associates the conversation with your Discord account so only you can access it. The server owner may access that association when required for safety, abuse prevention, or system maintenance.
